After watching a rather hard-hitting documentary about our planet (and what we’ve put it through as of late) a couple of months ago, I’ve been looking into ways that I can reduce my own ‘foot-print’ on the planet.
From what I garnered from the film, we all contribute and are equally responsible for the overall safety and security of our planet and so we can all do our bit in helping to keep our planet healthy and to give it a long-lasting future.
As cliché as the saying goes, every little bit, does help.
I’ve been very vocal about my various health issues over the years, ranging from digestive troubles, to hair loss, to skin redness and anxiety. I feel incredibly lucky that I’ve had the opportunity to try a number of different treatments, through my blog, that I wouldn’t have otherwise heard of, in a bid to find the best solutions for this issues – and report my honest findings back to you guys.
I’ve had hypnotherapy, I’ve had consultations with expert dermatologists in London, I’ve had massage therapy (quite literally a talking therapy session while you’re having a massage, which was interesting to say the least), I’ve had laser treatments, I’ve had allergy tests. I’ve been on yoga retreats. Tried sound healing. And the things I haven’t always expected to help, have helped.
