Feel Good Skin

I don’t think I’ve explored it in too much depth (just yet) on my blog, but over the past few months – my skincare routine and the products I use on a daily basis to cleanse, tone and moisturise – have all been put into the spotlight. About four months ago, I hit a really bad point with my skin. Three years of being plagued by annoying dryness and rosacea – and I’d had enough. I was fed up of not being able to hide the annoying acne like red dots under even the heaviest foundation – for it only dried…

In My Wardrobe:

Buddha Bar, Knightsbridge

David moved into his new house about a month and a half ago, so the past few weeks have been a blur of building furniture, carpet fittings and moving various boxes around in a bid to find their perfect position. We haven’t really had a lot of time to go out and relax, so our booking at Buddha Bar was something we’d been looking forward to for weeks. How to create the perfect morning

Since leaving University in May, the last few months have been a whirlwind of trips away, event organisation and settling into working for myself, from home. I suppose it’s a slightly unconventional ‘first job’ but I honestly wouldn’t have it any other way – because it never feels like work. A Sunseekers Guide to Hvar, Croatia

My favourite time of year to go abroad is when the remnants of summer are finally starting to fade and the hundreds of photos on Facebook slowly start to return to the more mundane of activities, rather than albums full of cocktails and beaches. Chasing the last of the summer sun is something I’ve done for the past couple of years and really enjoyed. Just before the new term starts, we would jet off for a last minute session by the pool – providing a much needed refresh before the work piles in. This year, I started researching my late summer break fairly…

It begins with food

As I’m sure many of you know, about a year and a half ago I completely overhauled my diet in a bid to start feeling myself again. I’d been plagued by horrible digestive systems for too long and I decided enough was enough. Overnight, I cut out dairy and eggs and quite honestly, I haven’t looked back. The results have been drastic – and I lost nearly three stone in weight too as a result. Embarrassingly, I think that’s telling in itself of just how much cheese i must have been eating… Anyway, so since then I’ve been on a…
