Off the shoulder florals

Now, I appreciate it's the end of September and summery clothes are completely out of the question, but I've got a couple more outfits to share from my trip to Greece, so you'll have to bare with me while I reminisce. I'm actually really excited to start wearing more Autumnal stuff now, with cosy high neck jumpers, tartan skirts, knee high boots and furry gilets high on my agenda.Anyway, back to summer. This year, my two favourite sun-inspired trends were playsuits and off the shoulder, so when I hunted down this little number - a steal from New Look, the last one left for £9 - I was in my element. Not content with pulling together two seasonal trends, it also featured gorgeous floaty bell sleeves. It's safe to say this was probably my favourite outfit of this summer.Scarlett London Playsuit 1 Scarlett London PLaysuit 345 Scarlett London Playsuit 434 Scarlett London Playsuit 1234 Scarlett London Playsuit 2466Scarlett London Playsuit 283464Scarlett London Playsuit 298346Greece was hot and sunny during the day but a little breezy at night, which meant I was grateful for the extra coverage this gave. It pulled in at all the right places (I think) and still gave some breathing space - and a bit of leverage should you indulge in a three-course meal while wearing it. Not that I did or anything...Scarlett London Playsuit 2134Scarlett London Playsuit 194854  Scarlett London Playsuit Scarlett London Playsuit 146837I think this particular playsuit is completely sold out, but I did find some similar ones here, here and here. My strappy gladiator sandals are from Asos (similar here).Photographs taken at St Nicolas Bay Resort.

What were your favourite trends of the summer? Are you excited to be going into Winter now - and are you shopping for a new wardrobe?
