Series 6, episode 2 of Made in Chelsea, cue Blonde American Bombshell Stephanie Pratt. It was only a matter of time before Spencer took his ego overseas, and here we are welcoming her into our Monday night routine. I’ve thought long and hard about this, and I’m pretty sure there isn’t a more stylish way to strut out of Heathrow airport than with a signature McQueen scarf draped effortlessly around your neck.
Over to the Bluebird where Lucy welcomes Andy back into the single world (yippee) and Jamie establishes that Lucy is OB. That’s like, totes out of bounds bro.
1. Sister Jane 2. Gold Necklace 3. Sleeveless Blouse 4. ASOS blouse
I kinda love how Lucy has just thrown this gold curb chain necklace over a buttoned-up blouse. It’s cool and messy and works in a disjointed sort of way.
Kensington plays host to Louise’s sneaky “Lets Get Back Together Plan” where she and Andy meet and don’t really talk about anything. No sign of the waterworks though AND she looks great in a bright orange blazer and printed dress.
Over to awkward relationship number 587 and Phoebe catches sight of her first love enjoying a bite to eat with her “adopted sister”. Don’t get me wrong, I totally get the whole Girl Code thing but is Phoebe being slightly neurotic and weird about the whole Fran and Alex sitch?
Strutting down the streets of Chelsea months ahead of the trends, she’s rocking a midi-length checked skirt that looks like it belongs to Burberry, a mesh bra beneath a black cami and chunky brown boots. Have no fear, we can re-create!
1. Skirt 2. Bra 3. Cami 4. Boots
On the other hand, it’s nice to see Spennie is still going at with the psychotherapy sessions. I wish you all the best Spencer, and sincerely hope you can find the strength to shake the urge to play with Louise’s face like a Powerpuff Girl.
Darling, on to the polo. As much as I dislike her in this scene, Phoebe looks like a dream in a 60’s-inspired Sister Jane dress, vintage purple peep-toe platforms and a fabulous Jane Taylor hat. Sister Jane designs are distinctive and whimsical; I love the collars, embellishments and babydoll styles. They refresh their range every month so it’s worth keeping them bookmarked for when you need a dress that’ll put you in the spotlight.
1. Pink Cloud Dress 2. Black Stars Lace Dress
For a smaller budget, you can get the same effect with this gorgeous printed shirt dress by River Island. At just £32 from ASOS, it has the same cute white collar and cuff detailing, mini length and regular fit. Just lose the over-sized sun hat and go for some chunky boots or trainers instead.
