Prepare for some hilarity, for I have attempted an outfit post. Usually a rarity on my site (because I am so ridiculously critical and so bloody awful at attempting to pose), I’ve been really lucky to work with a variety of my favourite fashion brands recently and in order to do justice to the items in question, I felt this was the best way to showcase them. I’m not sure if I’m going to make this a regular thing because it certainly doesn’t come naturally to me – but this outfit is a current favourite of mine, a little inspiration taken from Cher Horowitz (Clueless).
I’m absolutely obsessed with my roll-neck/turtle-necks (or whatever they are’s) at the moment as they’re so easy to throw on – but add a touch of ‘dressiness’ to any outfit. Skater skirts don’t always agree with me, as I have big hips and often they can accentuate this however this tartan skirt was £1 in the sale and too good to miss! The boots from Daniel Footwear and are the single most comfy pair of shoes I’ve ever worn with a furry lining and padded sole. I tend to go for comfort over style on the majority of occasions but I’m lucky that these incorporate both aspects! They’re currently in the sale too which is a bonus!
Again, I’m sorry for the rather interesting posing – being a fashion blogger is hard work, I have to say!
