If you’re following me over on Twitter, you’ll probably know – or have some indication of – my excitement for the upcoming #bloggersfestival. Organised as a networking event for bloggers (in a rather snazzy surrounding) I have teamed up with a number of amazing brands to ensure the event is as spectacular as possible. One of the main companies that I have been meeting with and talking to is Want Her Dress, a relatively new fashion brand in comparison to the conglomerates on the market – but one with a unique ethos and a passion for helping talented young designers.
In the run up to the event, they kindly sent over a number of gorgeous items for me to try – which I wore on my holiday this year – and so I wanted to share with you why I am so thrilled for them to be a part of my event. Having met with the lady in charge – the lovely Carol, I have been able to get a glimpse into what makes them so special and similarly, have had a sneak preview into what is coming up over the next few months with regards to collaborations!
Although their Autumn/Winter collection will be displayed on Saturday (so those attending will be able to have a rifle through the rails), I wanted to highlight the current wares on offer, for they are not only super affordable but they can also be worn in such a huge variety of ways – ensuring they become staple pieces in your wardrobe rather than throwaway fashion.
With a hand-picked range of summery dresses on offer, I had a hard decision choosing only a few pieces, but soon settled on this gorgeous Sana party dress in pastel pink for my impending holiday, this stunning beach cover-up cream shift dress and these AMAZING floral wedges which you may have seen me post about on Instagram.
I’d love to say I’ll be sporting the wedges on Saturday but with all the rushing around, it might leave me sporting a broken ankle instead – so they’ll have to be brought out for a special occasion instead!
Want Her Dress are looking to work with bloggers who are interested in great quality and affordable fashion for their readers, which is what makes the fact they are sponsoring the #bloggersfestival so relevant – however they are also really interested in giving young budding designers the opportunity to make their fashion dreams a reality.
I’m so so excited to have Want Her Dress at the #bloggersfestival on Saturday and I’m looking forward to hearing what you think too. Please do have a little look over on their website – here – and make sure you watch out for them in the future!
