As I absolutely love photography, (and lets face it, taking photos on self timer isn’t quite the same) I’ve decided to start doing monthly themed ‘photo shoots’, each showcasing a certain brand, style or trend. I don’t take my photography too seriously and I realise that I’m not the next Mario Testino, but it’s just a bit of fun and hopefully you’ll enjoy taking a look at the photos as much as I’ve enjoyed shooting them!
This month, I chose ‘festival fashion’ as the theme of this photo shoot, as many of you are heading off to enjoy various different festivals this summer – and so looking the part is half the job! I decided to put a slight twist on the typical festival look (banning rock band t-shirts, wellies and Ray Bans), instead I tried to create a more ‘everyday’ festival twist – as not all of us are striding off to muddy fields this summer – however, we’d still like to try out the ‘festival’ look!
