She’s often referred to as the nation’s sweetheart, she’s constantly in the public eye and she consistantly gets it right when it comes to fashion. Magazines often publish features about ‘How to get Cheryl’s look’, offering alternative’s to the designer dresses she wears and suggestions about the products she uses, however I’ve decided to do an article about Cheryl’s look myself, in order to uncover where she really gets her outfits from and to discover if there are any less pricy alternatives! Realistically, I know that I will never look as great as Cheryl does – but several of her dresses and outfits are so flattering and so well put together, that they’d look glamourous on anyone! Here’s my favourites:

I know you probably wouldn’t wear this on a regular occasion, however I think if you have something special coming up (such as a prom or formal event) this Sherri Hill dress has just the right amount of glamour and sparkle to flatter anyone! It shows just the right amount of skin and there’s no need to wear hundreds of pieces of jewellery either – as the dress does the talking. It might be a little expensive for some (around £600) , however if you’re looking to splash out for an event…
This dress by McBerry is a little less formal, and certainly less expensive. For just £49, this gorgeous dress could be yours. Although I don’t normally like leopard print, I think it looks really great on Cheryl and the belt clinches in the waist – meaning that even if you’re not as tiny as the pint sized geordie, you will still look fab!
If you, like myself don’t have hundreds of pounds (or dollars) to splash out on a new dress to look as glam as Cheryl, I’ve also had a look at Goddiva and a few other sites which stock re-creations of Cheryl’s designs. Although some of you might be cynical about buying a ‘copy’, I have to say – I’ve bought dresses from Goddiva previously which have been ‘in the style of’ and they are fantastic quality, a flattering fit and designed for different shapes and sizes (so if you’re not size 6, you need not worry!). They are great dresses, which replicate Cheryl’s style and allow you to purchase something as glam for a fraction of the price.
If you’d like more information about Cheryl’s style, a great website to look at is www.cherylstyle.com and Designer Desirables.
