If you’re looking for a sweet treat fix without the calories, then look no further. Kandee Shoes new LOUD collection is set to take the fashion world by storm, with bold prints, quirky designs and loud colour combinations. I’ve written about Kandee’s previous collection, which were based on and designed around a variety of sweet treats – however their latest range of shoes are definitely bolder, brighter and bigger than ever.
The new collection was launched at the Sanderson Hotel on the 8th February, but they have only been publically available to buy since the 1st of the month. I was invited to the event, but unfortunately couldn’t make it due to school commitments which was disappointing as I would have loved to see the shoes in the flesh and take my own snaps. However, the online E-Boutique on Kandee’s website is very easy to navigate and the photographs show off the bold shoes perfectly. Amy Childs, Millie Mackintosh and Kelly Rowland are all fans – and have been tweeting regularly about their latest Kandee finds, especially Amy who attended the launch herself alongside Nicola McLean.
My favourite Kandee from the collection is the Smartee heels, which are suitably based around the well loved sweets Smarties. They feature a blue shoe with a colourful ‘hundreds and thousands’ style heel, which may seem like an odd combination – but actually work really well to create a bold pair of couture shoes. At £160, I’ll have to get saving up but they really would make a statement and they are unlike any other heels on the high street!
In close second are the Mash’a’mallow sandal style white spiked heels, which again are quite a bold, statement piece but would work well with any outfit! They make a perfect addition to any spring/summer look – and I’m sure you’ll be seeing them on plenty of famous feet in the near future! If you’re looking for something a little more LOUD-er, then you’ll have to take a look at Kandee’s ADDICT boots. The bold yellow and black smiley print is very quirky and bright, but if you are daring enough to wear them – I’m sure they will bring you lots of attention.
The collection is available to buy online at Kandee, and prices range from £110 – £230. It’s a high end, loud and bold collection – with a difference. Let me know what you think of the collection and what your favourite pieces are, I love hearing your opinions!
