As you know, I love jewellery and finding little handmade jewellery shops always makes me happy – as they not only have pieces that no-one else will have but are also amazing value for money. Megan Jane Jewellery is no exception and stocks beautiful pieces that you simply can’t find anywhere else. She hand makes her own jewellery and so every piece is not only fashionable & quirky, but also unique. What’s not to love?
Yesterday, I received a few samples from the shop – so that I could tell you readers just how gorgeous and quirky the jewellery is in the flesh. I am a big fan of unique earrings, so when I opened up the package and found two pairs inside, I couldn’t be happier! Both pairs are stunning and you can tell the fine details that have gone into making them. One pair has rocking horses dangling from the bottom, which I thought was so sweet and unusual because it isn’t often you see such detailed charms on earrings. The other pair were equally as gorgeous – resembling flower buds through a silver design and a pearl. I absolutely loved both pairs and would wear them either casually during the day or even in the evening – to compliment a little black dress or silver accessories.
My favourite piece however, was this beautiful necklace which consists of a pink flower charm, a crystal bead and a heart pendant with intricate detailing of a woman. Altogether it makes an absolutely beautiful piece of unique jewellery that works well with the silver chain holding all the pieces together. I feel it is a perfect statement piece for summer, as the white and pink can easily compliment a white summer dress or a floral playsuit! And best of all – no-one else will have it!
The designer Megan Jane is extremely friendly and helpful should a query arise, and the entire web store is easy to navigate and purchase items. If you’re looking for prom jewellery, I’d really recommend a look at the site because there are some really pretty pieces that would compliment a formal dress/prom dress! For those who are stuck for prom jewellery ideas, here’s my pick of the jewellery on the site.

What I love about having unique jewellery is the personal touch it adds to an outfit as a whole. It not only pulls an outfit together but also rakes in the compliments when wearing it! What do you think? xx
