With their instantly recognisable packaging and their soft, sweet yet subtle scents, Molton Brown oozes luxury in every sense of the word. Even a trip to one of their stores is enough to raise my spirits, so to be able to unwrap and review a couple of their delights was a real treat this Christmas.
Their 12-piece Bath & Body treasures selection (£42 / now £31.50) is one of my favourites, housed in a gorgeous white ribboned box, emblazoned with their famous logo and their mini best-sellers delicately placed inside. In my box, the Orange & Bergamot and Ylang ‘flavours’ are used up first, before devouring (well metaphorically) the rest. The perfect size for travel, the scents are all mix and match (body lotions and shower gel) with several generous helpings in each bottle.
Also on my festive radar was this gorgeous Molton Brown Bauble – which in my households case, completely bypassed the tree and ended up settling rather nicely in the most deliciously scented bath I’ve witnessed in a long time (oops). In a bid to re-use it for its dedicated purpose, I washed it out and hung it proudly from the tree – where it lay as a constant reminder of relaxation!
