I’m finally back home in Greece for the Easter holidays. Thankfully the weather allows for a loose-knit sweater, skinnies and a pair of sneakers – no coats, no scarves, no fuss.
Playing up the classic “sailor” stripes with this chunky knit. Dressing down, of course, with trusty skinnies from Zara which have the perfect “petite” cut and fit – love that they are cropped at the ankle; that bit of exposed skin looks great whether you’re wearing ballet flats, trainers or chunky-heeled ankle boots. Not to mention it gives the illusion of leaner, endless legs (see Jourdan Dunn and Karlie Kloss!) In terms of shoes, I’ve gone for super white classic Keds; almost chose my Adidas Stan Smiths but the lighter option seemed suited to the airy atmosphere today. In total Spring mode with funky, uncoordinated manicures – went for hot fuchsia on the right and powdery lavender on the left. The sun is shining bright and I’ve got 10 days off Uni, you can’t blame me for going a little crazy!
And yes, that is a magnificent Céline slung on my arms! New in a velvety tan which compliments any outfit. Had a bit of cheeky fun swinging it around with little “un peu d’air sur terre” jumps à la Lacoste (the ads!) before meeting my best friend for a major coffee catch-up in town.
Wearing: sweater, Theyskens Theory. Jeans, Zara. Shoes, Keds. Bag, Céline. Sunglasses, Karen Walker.
Happy Easter to everyone! Hope you are all enjoying spending time with family and friends. I will be visiting my grandparents for the holidays and will try and get some crash tanning sessions in the sun before getting back to London next week!
