I wasn’t sure about this outfit, as it’s not something I’d usually go for. The skirt was a little big for me and so it’s not the most flattering over the stomach – however I loved the almost tweed texture of it – and teamed with a semi-matching roll neck jumper, I thought it might make for an interesting look.
What I love about having a blog is being able to have a creative outlet – and look back on things that have worked and haven’t worked. In fact, I cringe looking back at all my old outfits – but it is nice to have an online diary that you can look back upon fondly (even if you laugh at yourself years on). I can’t believe the site will be 5 years old in 2016! I’ve honestly never stuck to anything for that long, so I see it as a real achievement!
