It’s soon approaching summer, although the weather might not always show it. I love putting outfit posts together, because I have so much fun picking bits out, in the hope someone might enjoy it enough to wear it themselves (so let me know if you do)! I’ve put a collection of different outfits together for a number of different occasions, each item is from Topshop and the price is next to the item shown.
Lots of well-known faces have been seen in these kind of dresses recently, and I’m very tempted to invest in one myself. The pleats at the bottom flatter any figure, as does the tight fitting top half. You may remember Cheryl Cole wearing a similiar number whilst at an event in the US, it was the press call where she famously wore the same colour as fellow judge Paula. I feel the orange colour goes really well with blue, so I’ve teamed it with a blue handbag for a lovely daytime look.
I love this peach/lemon inspired outfit (summer fruits?). The coloured jeans are a little daring but so fun to wear in the summer! I love the top, which I imagine to be very flattering due to the sleek material. I love the added touch of the yellow flower headband, which may be a little much for some fashion lovers, but I think if you like it – wear it! Such a summer-y outfit!
I love this outfit so much, as it’s just so summery! The shorts are the main focal point of the outfit, so go for this kind of thing if you love showing off your long legs! The drape style top is easy to throw on after dipping in the pool or sea, and the large shopper bag is great for all your beach essentials. The white sandals can be worn with almost any holiday outfit and the lizard necklace is just a quirky extra I added in (to add a bit of personality to the outfit!).
This outfit choice might seem a little strange, but I think it’s quite quirky and mis-matching dark colours with a pastel floral dress will look gorgeous! I chose dark red, plum and cherry coloured accessories to go with the outfit, my favourite is the wrap around fox ring which is only £12.50. It’s a great party, evening outfit however you will be able to use the accessories with other pastel coloured dresses to acheive the same effect!
