Have you ever considered modelling – or would like to give it a try? Kiwi Boutique are looking for the new face of their 2012-2013 collections and are hosting ‘The Ultimate Doll Competition’. You may have heard about Kiwi Boutique before from The X Factor (2011), as they dressed Amelia Lily throughout her time on the show and currently run an independent store in North East England. It has recently been nominated for a Draper’s Award and is well on its way to becoming a household name boutique!
They are currently looking for the 2012-2013 ‘face’ of the brand and are reaching out to all aspiring models or those who fancy the opportunity of fronting Kiwi’s new collections. The winner will bag themselves a mini makeover, model portfolio photo shoot from photographer Keith Moss and will also become the face of both Kiwi and Nancy Darcy Hairdressing (who has teamed up with Kiwi for the Ultimate Doll search). Other prizes will also be given to the winner; these are yet to be confirmed (but are sure to be amazing!).
Kiwi are looking for a girl of any age, shape or size to front their new collection and are looking for someone individual, keen and confident. All applicants will be invited along to a Casting Evening before semi-finalists are selected. All finalists will have the chance to take part in an Ultimate Style Show (scheduled for early autumn) which will be a charity event in support of ‘The Young Carers Project’. Here, the Ultimate Doll will be chosen from a panel of expert judges. It might sound a little scary, but it is a great way to gain experience if you are a budding model – and a really fun and exciting opportunity!
