The End Of An Era

That’s it. I’m finished with University. I’m no longer a journalism student at Bournemouth. The days of studying are all over! *well, if I pass my degree* It feels very weird to be saying the above, because if I’m honest, these last three years of studying have really been testing for me. It would be an understatement to say that I didn’t really enjoy or fit in at University from the beginning. It’s not for lack of trying either – but unfortunately, the whole concept of student life just wasn’t my cup of tea. So, I thought I’d put together…

In My Wardrobe:

We’re always in a rush

I don’t know about you but I’m forever wishing my time away. For the whole three years at University, I’ve been pining for it to end. Eager to see what opportunities awaited on the other side of education. I remember doing the same throughout my A Levels, wishing for University to begin. My Plans For The Future

When it comes to blogging, I’m usually quite organised however this post is being written at 7.10pm on the day it’s due to go live. Blogger Desk Essentials

I spend between six and ten hours at my desk on an average day (before slowly migrating to my bed with my laptop), so making sure it both looks pretty and is functional is very important to me. When it comes to working from home, alongside writing a dissertation – staying motivated is also at the top of my agenda – and something, if I’m completely honest, I find very difficult. I’ve recently moved bedrooms (finally persuading my brother to swap with me) which means I’ve been able to move a lot of my furniture into one place (for the…

Lighthouse at Duck & Waffle

Dining at the very top of the Heron Tower, in the renowned Duck & Waffle restaurant has been at the top of my London bucket list for as long as I’ve been blogging. David and I have previously visited for drinks and captured the amazing night-time skyline in all its glory, however spending the entire evening admiring the view was still something I really wanted to experience. So when an invitation to do just this popped into my inbox last week – in aid of the launch of new lifestyle fashion brand ‘Lighthouse’, I think you can only imagine what…
