To start off, I would just like to say a huge thank you to all those that read, commented and tweeted about my previous post. It was overwhelming that so many of you were so supportive and kind, taking the…

How To Optimise Your Gut Health As A Woman
I have often spoken about my issues with IBS and my subsequent appreciation for probiotics, as a means of keeping my symptoms at bay. In the quest for optimum health, I found the probiotic brand Probio7 – a great product range of quality probiotics.
Recently, the brand has launched Intiflor, which I was lucky enough to have been sent by the Probio7 team. Christmas: The Ultimate Gift Guide 2019
It’s the most wonderful time of the year.
And possibly also the most expensive. But hey, that’s why we love Christmas, right?
It’s obviously not all about the gifts but one of my favourite things to do around the festive period is shop for presents that I just know my family and friends will love.

And look at it now!

Ultimate Guide to: St Lucia
St Lucia is the Caribbean island synonymous with romance, crystal blue water and stunning mountainous backdrops – so when I mentioned to friends and family that I was heading there for a week of sun, sea and sand – there were plenty of excited responses.
But it was only upon arrival onto the island, that I truly caught a glimpse of what was in store for us.
The warm hospitality of the local people, the relaxed and carefree attitude that extends across the island and the breath-taking views around every corner.
7 Things I Learned During My Trek America Trip
When I told my friends and family that David and I were going camping on the West Coast of America for 7 days – with strangers – the reception I got was confusion and laughter.
You see I’m not typically renowned within my close circle as being neither spontaneous nor adventurous.
And the trip was only a week away, having been booked one week prior.
